Rachel has been a personal trainer since 2007. Upon graduating Muhlenberg College she attended the National Personal Training Institute where she received the highest level of personal training education that one can receive. She continued on to move to NYC and train at various fitness clubs. While working at Equinox, Rachel joined her co-workers in creating a team and competing in an Olympic Lifting competition where she took first place in her weight class.
Rachel's outgoing personality and love of teaching people make her sessions an enjoyable experience. She has worked with everyone from teens to elderly, pre/ postnatal to recently rehabilitated clients. Her goal is always to give the client a great session from start to end with a proper program written and designed for each individual.
When Rachel isn't training her clients, you can find her in the studio recording voice overs for TV, radio, internet, telephones and more! Her voice over talents are sure to keep your ears satisfied as she counts your repetitions and explains your next exercise. You can be sure that when you work with Rachel you will feel supported, educated and ultimately positive about your session during and after!
Cherelle DeJesus is an ACE certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor whose interest in fitness began with her own weight loss journey in 2011. She was inspired to assist others in their quest for a healthy lifestyle and began her career in personal training in 2012. Cherelle focuses on functional training that promotes weight loss, increases flexibility, and improves posture.
She loves to push her clients in order to reveal their hidden strength, increase confidence and achieve noticeable results. Expect to see significant improvements in your body, overall health and energy levels while working with Cherelle.
Emma is a San Diego native and was living in Los Angeles CA teaching and performing since 2006. She came to NY to live her dream of teaching, training, performing and continuing her acrobatics career. A 2 year veteran of Cirque Du Soleil and a past performance career that includes working for Lady Gaga and Perez Hilton, she is ready to help get you in shape with unique exercise methods, dietary assistance, weight loss training and yoga.
